Terms and conditions

Products and prices

• Prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and are the prices you pay for the items. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
• Product photos show the kind of item you will receive and may differ in small details such as colour or packaging. The product name, size and details on the page describe what you are buying.
• We work hard to keep prices and stock right. If an item was shown at a clearly wrong price, or sold out before your payment reached us, we contact you before sending anything. You can then accept the correct price or a replacement, or cancel for a full refund.

Paying

• You pay online with Mobile Money or a Visa or Mastercard card through Paystack, a licensed payment provider. We never see or store your card details or Mobile Money PIN.
• Your order is confirmed once Paystack confirms the payment. We then send you a text message with your order code, and an email if you gave one.
• If a payment is for the wrong amount, the order is not accepted and the money is refunded.

Delivery and pickup

• We deliver across Ghana. The fee for your region is shown at checkout. Where checkout says the fee is agreed by phone, we call you with the fee before we send the order, and you can cancel for a full refund if you don't accept it.
• Delivery times are estimates. We call you if there is a delay.
• Please give a phone number that will be answered and an address we can find. If we can't reach you or deliver after reasonable attempts, we contact you to arrange another time or pickup.
• For pickup, collect from our store during opening hours (Mon – Sat: 8am – 9pm). Show your order code and the phone number you ordered with.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel before your order is sent out or collected. Returns, faulty items and refunds are covered in our returns and refunds policy.

Barbershop bookings

• Online bookings are free. You pay for your service in the shop at the price shown when you booked.
• You can change or cancel a booking with its code and phone number until the cut-off shown on your booking. If you can't make it, please cancel so someone else can have the time.
• If a barber is unexpectedly unavailable, we contact you to move your booking or offer another barber.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for supplying what you ordered as described, and for the loss or damage that we cause by breaking these terms. For any one order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the laws of Ghana.

Changes and the law that applies

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order or booking applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
